The passenger is responsible for making sure the departure and arrival locations, travel date, bus type, and seat number are correct before selecting "Continue booking" and finishing the payment. The available payment methods on this application is Tele Birr, Cbe birr, Hibir mobile banking, Cbe mobile banking, BOA mobile banking, Aba mobile banking, Chapa and cash. After the payment is received, the ticket will be validated.
If a passenger cancels their ticket prior to departure, they will receive a 50% cash refund within 5 days, inclusive of the trip date, by attending to the bus office and presenting identification.
If the passenger reschedules the trip less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, the passenger must pay 50% for the ticket to be rescheduled. If the passenger changes the trip's departure date within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, the ticket will be replaced with a 100% refund.
In addition, if the departure time passed, 50% of the passenger payment will be refunded to the passenger in cash within 5 days, inclusive of the trip date, by going to the bus office and showing id.
If the passenger contacts the bus company up to 24 hours before the departure date, duplicate transactions are also refundable.
N.B: Before purchasing a ticket, a passenger must fill out his or her full name and address in order to be eligible for a refund. The refund period is up to seven days, and the clock starts on the day of departure after that the refund will not be valid.
